QUICK HELP

  • Can't find your speaker?

    • Turn off Bluetooth on nearby previously connected devices.


    • Press and hold the Pause button for 3 seconds to reset Bluetooth pairing.


    • Try reconnecting your device.

  • How to pair two TRAVOR speakers (TWS)?

    • Turn on both TRAVOR speakers.
    • Connect your phone to one speaker.
    • Press and hold the Auracast button on the connected speaker for 3 seconds.(remain solid green.)
    • This speaker will become the primary speaker (left channel).
    • Press and hold the Auracast button on the second speaker for 3 seconds.
    This speaker will become the secondary speaker (right channel).
    • Wait for pairing to complete.

  • How to connect multiple TRAVOR speakers?

    • Turn on all TRAVOR speakers.
    • Connect your phone to one speaker.
    • Short press the Auracast button on the connected speaker to activate Auracast mode.
    • This speaker will become the primary speaker.
    • Shprt press the Auracast button on each additional speaker one by one.
    • Wait until all speakers are connected successfully.
    • When pairing is successful, the indicator lights on all connected speakers will remain solid white.
